Building Rental Fee 

$250.00 and *$100 deposit *capacity of 100 people maximum

• $100.00 refundable deposit is DUE IMMEDIATELY TO HOLD YOUR DATE
• Payment is due in full a minimum of one week before rental

**Set up or Decorating the day before** $40.00 3 Hour Limit

Building rental does not include pavilion and playground for exclusive use.

They are for the General Public use and enjoyment during regular park hours.

NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAME OF ANY KIND

BUILDING MUST BE SET UP THE WAY IT WAS FOUND

Do not place any decorations of any kind on the walls. There are hooks on the walls that may be used to hang decorations.

Do not remove utensils from the building. You are welcome to use them, but please wash them and leave for the next rental. There are no towels or dish soap provided.

Clean up all major spills or messes. If you rearrange or set up additional tables/chairs please put them back.  Please leave the building the way you found it.

Be sure you clean and unplug all appliances (coffeepots, etc) before you leave.

Tie and place all garbage in the Dumpster located on Constitution Ave.

Controls for fans and heater are on timers located in the women’s room hallway, set the timers for the time you will use the building.

There is no phone in the building.

Please take down all signs you have posted throughout town before leaving Hunker Borough.

Please inform your guests there is No Parking on Bridge Street.

No Firearms, Fireworks, Glass Bottles or Unlicensed Motorized Vehicles are permitted in the park.

Additional picnic facilities and/or activities such as grills, tents, canopy’s, etc…. must be approved by Borough Officials before such items/activities are permitted. Any person(s), group or organizations damaging the facilities will be held financially responsible as noted by Borough Officials.

The permitted hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the Borough and its employees and agents, from any claims for damage or injuries to persons or property resulting from use and occupancy of the building, its facilities and equipment. The permitted shall provide to the Borough upon request, proof sufficient to the Borough, that the permitted can fulfill its obligations hereunder.
